We are looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager who will join our expanding Modern Trade Team and will focus on handling our NCR Area!
The ASM shall coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies, marketing plans, directions, and/or policies to achieve business objectives in the area as well as implement and manage information and/or data analysis that will aid in better business strategies and other business building activities.
The Area Sales Manager shall lead, motivate and coach his/her Key Accounts team as well as formulate and monitor their KPIs towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives.

- Responsible for driving sales growth for handling principals by crafting and executing approved marketing, trade marketing and sales strategy, as aligned with internal company stakeholders and principals.
- Ensure strategic alignment of company and principals' objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing, trade marketing, and sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results.

- Provide feedback and insights into business development activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
§ Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s footprint and revenue streams.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company effectively.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and CCSD to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.
This position will be responsible in inspiring a change culture. He/ She will be initiating and implementing process improvements in order to enhance company efficiency and employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Business Excellence Supervisor is responsible for the management and execution of multiple supply chain projects of the company driving measurable cost-efficiency, service level improvements and reporting capabilities taking into account safety, quality and compliance.
