He/she will manage national accounts in terms of implementing key accounts business plans, schemes and activities for its overall development. He/she will negotiate trading terms with the designated accounts. He/she will assist and coordinate space and category management projects with the accounts. He/she will implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives. He/she will manage promotional budget for designated accounts. He/she will coordinate with the Area Sales Manager on key accounts related matters.

Reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), manages actual sales operations and implements business strategies by planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the performance of the Distributor and its Field Sales to achieve the goals and objectives set by JS Unitrade.
The Area Sales Manager is responsible in leading his/her Key Accounts team towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives.
He/she is responsible for the strategic development of assigned modern trade accounts' business objectives and strategic customer alliance through effective and efficient management of the various key results areas which include account strategy development and execution, merchandising and promotion, receivables and budget management.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for the delivery of key business objectives of the category
Key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)

The role co-leads in-depth understanding of drivers and barriers to business growth, develops the appropriate business strategies and programs, and co-leads the multi-functional category team in executing these.
He or she requires minimal supervision in the end-to-end management of projects and in collaborating with the involved team and external partners.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the development, execution and monitoring of supply chain strategies geared towards improvement of productivity and efficiency of operations and customer satisfaction
Duties and Responsibilities:
The SEM will support the management in enabling a high performing commercial organization through commercial capability building strategy, execution of commercial training programs, and achievement of agreed metrics and standards to help achieve sales, revenue targets and KPIs.
