Job Summary:
Oversees the end-to-end movement of goods within supply chain—from suppliers to warehouses, retail outlets, and end consumers—ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Distribution:

• Coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets.
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce lead times and avoid delays.
• Select, manage, and negotiate with carriers and third-party logistics providers.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Cost & Performance Optimization:

• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor standards in logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for customs, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead, train, and mentor logistics and warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Responsible for handling and managing the general accounting function in the Finance Department such as, but not limited to, maintaining the completeness and accuracy of its books of accounts, issuance of Financial Reports for management’s use in relevant decision making, etc.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes financial reports for internal and external reporting.
• Prepares management reports such as but not limited to Profitability Report, Budget Monitoring, Segment Reporting, Gross Margin Analysis
• Spearheads monthly and annual closing procedures.
• Computes monthly sales incentives.
• Fixed Asset management and control.
• Co-leads year-end audit.
• Reconciles employee cash advances and payroll entries.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA license is preferred
• With minimum four (4) year experience in General Accounting; Management Reporting; and Taxation

Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel. Preferably with experience in Oracle / ERP system on GL, AP and FA Modules. Leadership, attention to details, confidentiality, proactiveness and resilience.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Brand Manager (BM) will supports the Group Product Manager in driving business growth and market share for the
product category she is responsible for. The BM will assist in the development of strategies to meet category objectives, and be responsible in leading full planning, execution and evaluation of marketing key initiatives including product and packaging development, pricing, area/channel development, advertising communications, PR & influencer marketing, as well as on-ground and digital activations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to develop and execute annual brand plans for the assigned
    sub-categories
  • Oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s strategies. 
  • Manages the development of all marketing communications materials (ATL & BTL) to ensure brand
    consistency and message clarity
  • Analyzes market research and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign
    performance
  • Reviews weekly progress reports and post-campaign evaluation to measure ROI and identify learnings or
    areas for improvement
  • Crafts and secures approval for memos, promotional work plans (PWPs), ad briefs, agency/sales cascade
    decks
  • Manages and monitors the brand’s Advertising and Promotional (A&P) budget, ensuring all marketing
    activities operate within the approved budget
• Cross-Functional Performance
  • Coordinates with Sales, E-commerce Team, Category & Channel Sales Development (CCSD), Supply
    Chain, and Procurement for brand activations alignment
  • Aligns data with Business Intelligence Analyst from Power BI
  • Aligns data with Senior Insights Manager from Kantar Worldpanel and other market or consumer research
    such as pre-ad tests, consumer use tests, etc.
  • Collaborate with Innovation & Renovation Manager in ensuring timely product development
  • Coordinates with Marketing Admin Assistant and Finance Treasury Team regarding project billings and
    check payments

GENERAL PURPOSE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Achievement of Brand and Category targets for new accounts.
• Drive horizonal and vertical distribution, to achieve targets for new accounts and listing of SKUs
• Ensure sufficient inventory in distributor warehouses to serve trade requirements
• Ensure deliveries are paid on time and low HB
• Ensure timely claims management with regular checkpoints with Finance
• Gather store universe data, do area mapping and analyze current reach versus territory potential
• Recommend infrastructure deployment suitable for distributor operations
• Implement route productivity standards
• Drive merchandising dominance across all channels with seamless execution of category planograms
• Run activities and program fit for our brands and aligned with our channel and category strategies
• Mastery of territory, area reach potential, coverage plan and reach strategy
• Training and Development of Distributor Sales Team and Support Groups as deemed necessary
• Attainment of Distributor Profitability and Growth (with clear grasp on distributor business direction aligned with company's standards)
• Distributor Development (Target Setting, Business and Operational Reviews, with strong understanding of distributor financials)
• Handle distributor’s claims, reconcile HBs, conduct monthly business reviews as well as weekly operations review with their respective distributor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business or any related course
• Must have at least 5 years' experience in Distributor Management in an FMCG Company (only those with FMCG experience will be accepted)
• Currently based in Pangasinan

This position will be responsible in inspiring a change culture. He/ She will be initiating and implementing process improvements in order to enhance Supply Chain efficiency and employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and other business related courses.
• Having a Six Sigma Belt certification is an advantage
• Must have an experience in using Six Sigma Methodologies
• With at least 5 years experience in doing process improvements and project management
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center Pasig

• Develops and manages detailed project timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and communication throughout the product development process.
• Manages project budgets and resources (A&P).
• Translates insights into actionable product concepts and proposals for management approval.
•  Weekly Marketing Huddle Reports, New Product Updates, etc.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, or project management.
• Prior experience in FMCG required.
