We are pooling for a passionate Regional / Area Sales Head who will possibly lead our entire Visayas Modern Trade Team! Reporting to the Sales Director for Modern Trade, the candidate will be responsible for building the company’s business in the Key Accounts/Supermarkets/Wholesalers, Sub Distributors, and all other potential accounts in the assigned area. The candidate shall coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies, marketing plans, directions, and/or policies to achieve business objectives in the area as well as implement and manage information and/or data analysis that will aid in better business strategies and other business building activities.
The Area Sales Manager shall lead, motivate and coach his/her Key Accounts team as well as formulate and monitor their KPIs towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives. To qualify, candidates must strictly have:
Responsible for managing national accounts in terms of implementing key accounts business plans, schemes and activities for its overall development, negotiating trading terms with the designated accounts, assist and coordinate space and category management projects with the accounts, implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives.
