He/she will manage national accounts in terms of implementing key accounts business plans, schemes and activities for its overall development. He/she will negotiate trading terms with the designated accounts. He/she will assist and coordinate space and category management projects with the accounts. He/she will implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives. He/she will manage promotional budget for designated accounts. He/she will coordinate with the Area Sales Manager on key accounts related matters.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible in leading his/her Key Accounts team towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives.
He/she is responsible for the strategic development of assigned modern trade accounts' business objectives and strategic customer alliance through effective and efficient management of the various key results areas which include account strategy development and execution, merchandising and promotion, receivables and budget management.

He or she requires minimal supervision in the end-to-end management of projects and in collaborating with the involved team and external partners.
Support management of sales systems and reporting, business processes, conduct sales system troubleshooting to ensure business continuity, and continuously contribute to improving systems to help the Company achieve its sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Process update requests of critical and non-critical data in the sales system (ie. sales, process, user access etc).
Conduct regular updating and review of data in the sales system. Conduct pregular reviews of user accesses and authorize user access to sales systems to ensure data confidentiality
Conduct upkeep of sales and systems database and files repository to ensure they are updated and organized
Design, test and implement adhoc forms and other key changes in the system
Analyze common issues encountered and recommend solutions
Participate in testing for changes and/or enhancements of existing sales systems and reports before deployment to production
Ensure all final signed-off documents or requirements and testing results documentation are organized and kept accordingly
Manage all incidents, act as level 1 support for basic to advanced troubleshooting of the sales system (ie. coordinate and serve IT department, Distributor Managers, or third-party service provider) as necessary
Collaborate with third party service sales system provider to ensure resolution of incidents and monitor against agreed level of service
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience with sales softwares/sytems and/or processes
Experience with sales systems in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company is preferred
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Required Skill(s): Intermediate level of MS Excel Skills(use of various formulas - pivot, vlookup, etc.), Database Management, System Management, Microsoft SQL,
Expereince with Power BI an advantage
